FAQ: PAINTBALL

1. When does the trip start and when does it finish?

Duration of the activity depends on the group. There is no limit in time.

2. What is included in price?

This price includes: insurance, instrucotrs assistance, coverall, mask, marker and 100 paintballs (+ transfer if bought).

3. How do I get to the start point?

We offer organized transfer in both directions for a minimum of 6 people. This transfers leaves at certain hour during day.

If you have your own transfer, parking place is secured near paintball area.

4. Can I buy more paintballs?

Additional paintballs can be bought at the spot. Price is 6,00€/100 pieces.

5. Does it hurt to get hit with a paintball?

Getting hit by a paintball typically “stings” or “smarts” a little, especially if shot inside of 20 feet and directly on your skin. Typically, this will result in a small welt or bruise. The best comparison for what it feels like is snapping yourself with a rubber band.

6. Do paintball splats stain?

No, they don’t. Hits wipe easily off your clothing and skin, and any residue left on your clothes comes out in the wash. They also wash off trees and grass after a rain shower. Some special tournament grades should be washed off right away to avoid leaving any trace.

7. Can I book a private tour?

Yes, you can. You can organize paintball for your group only. You can start at our reservations form and among other detauls emphasize you want a private tour for your group.

8. What should I wear and what else do I need to bring with me?

Players should wear old comfortable clothing and may also want to bring a change of clothes for after the tour. The most suitable footwear would be a light boot but old running shoes are most commonly worn.

9. What about food and drink?

Meals are not included in price on day tours. However, it is possible to stay in tavern or restaurant close to paintball area. Prices vary but you can have the whole lunch without drinks for 8-15€.

10. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks.

11. What is the best time of year for paintball?

Any time of year but keep in mind that summers are hot and bring plenty of water with you.

12. Can I bring my camera?

Yes, you can. If you are taking camera or video camera, Adventure Dalmatia holds no responsability for these.

Adventure Dalmatia will not take responsibility for any lost items or valuables.

13. Are children allowed on this activity?

Minimum age is 15 years.

14. Does the price include insurance?

Persuant to the Law on Providing services in Tourism, Article 56, paragraph 3, Adventure Dalmatia is responsible to provide insurance for clients.

15. Will the activity be cancelled if it rains?

In case of a rainfall, paintball is cancelled.

16. What happens in case of a sudden thunderstorm?

In case of a sudden thunderstorm and before beginning of the tour, Adventure Dalmatia holds right to cancel or reschedule the tour.

We hold the right to cancel the tour 1 or 2 days before the tour depending on weather conditions.

If the tour has been paid and then cancelled because of weather conditions, refund is 100% of the price.

17. How and when should I make a reservation?

You can request a reservation online or over the phone. Start at our Reservations page and fill in the form. Our staff will reply as soon as possible.

Certain days during the season sell out quickly, so we encourage contacting our office to check for availability. While reservations are required in advance to participate on the tour, last-minute reservations are welcome a day or two before the trip.
