Please fill in the form to proceed to online payment of your excursion.
You will receive a payment confirmation on the e-mail address you provide. This usually takes 3-4 working days depending on your/our bank house. Please print or keep your invoice!
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Complaints
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Agency has provided, please notify your 7×24 hours available travel advisor or Adventure Dalmatia Customer care service to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your tour e-mail info@adventuredalmatia.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email (info@adventuredalmatia.com) or regular mail (Matije Gupca 26, 21000 Split) in writing within 8 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Agency will not be liable for any claims made later than 8 days after the completion of your tour.
